This family photography session was right up my alley…no pun intended
We had a blast -each of us bringing some props to go with the backdrop. I have been itching for an urban/vintage feel child shoot, so I was so excited when Katie and I spoke and agreed on the location and feel. Originally we were going to head to Saratoga-but due to nap schedule we decided closer was better. This session was so much fun. Sometimes the hardest part of my job is that my subjects have limited time where they can be “models” without just needing to run wild or collapse and take a nap. Teddy was wonderful, and so were his parents. This session was a definite favorite…

Great photos! I am a mom with a love for photography who recently moved back to Albany. Looking to get some shots in an urban type setting similar to where you shot. If you don’t mind my asking, where were these taken?

ps You know how I said I didn’t want our family to see them until Christmas cards went out….that scenario is completely out the window! I’m so excited to call our parents and have them check out the blog, I’m bursting at the seams
