The weekend before this past weekend I had the great honor of photographing Amy’s birthday party. It was a warm and very humid day for May. I was thrilled that the rain held off so Amy could celebrate with her family and friends.
There is something so honoring about being there to capture the celebration of family and friends, especially when they are as wonderful as these folks were:)
I had such a great time I hardly noticed the heat.
This weekend while I edited photos, my husband and son Scraped, sanded, primed and painted the garage doors. They look fabulous! My husband is super handy and does a really thorough pro job. I was very impressed by how great they turned out. They were looking pretty shabby.

I took these last two pictures last night at dinner. Ignore the super healthy dinner of french fries and hot dog and take note of my son’s chair/dinner companion. This is our cat Pita. He is the grumbly bulldog of the 3 cats and is only buttering up to Trey because he smells something yummy. Real coy huh?

I am off to Boston to photograph a super fabulous Fairy Princess party put on by the amazing Princess Sharon. More sneak peeks soon.
