Shabby Chic Babies

I posted a bit ago about how much I love the Shabby Chic Furniture and other items at Vintage Chic Furniture in Troy NY. Donna knows how to make anything super feminine and girly, which is so perfect for my newborn girl sessions! This is why I go to her to purchase my vintage props. And guess what? She sells online in her etsy shop and will ship all over the country!

If you know my photography, you may have noticed I have an affinity for rustic textures and love the contrast between babies and children-their fresh newness and vintage older backdrops/textures. This is why I love Donna’s furniture for my photo sessions. It mixes the old worn textures with pops of color that make wonderful images.  This chair is wonderful isn’t it?
