squat jump: 27
push up (modified): 33
burpees: 9
high knees: 36
switch lunges: 25
jumps: 20
straight abs (modified): 33

You have inspired me to try this as well! I have recently started following the paleo diet, which has made me feel amazing – and has really got my body craving strength and challenge. I also recently learned about crossfit, but I can’t afford the monthly membership to our local gym. I have also been looking into P90X, but this appeals to me even more. I can’t wait to see your results and I’m excited to get started on this myself. Thanks for the inspiration, love!
Yay Jennifer! I am so happy you are joining the body rock challenge! Please let me know how you do. Warning-day 2 workout is a bit crazy – 12 50 minute routines with up to 4 exercises each. I went through the end of the video and wrote down on a sheet of paper the modified versions and referred to t during the workout. Although on a couple I thought I would collapse-the workout went fast and felt good.
So glad you are doing it too Jess! In the middle of the workout I felt completely out of my league, and thinking of you kept me going
