What was your favorite photo and why?

We never could agree on just one photo, but we each have a favorite.

Suzanne’s pick:

I love this picture because it really portrays the casual intimacy in the every day moments that Cory and I experience together. I look at it and instantly recognize the moment, and am so appreciative that Thea captured it for us so that it can live on timelessly.

Cory’s pick:

I like this picture because it reminds me of how I feel when I’m with Suzanne—silly, and tender, and happy.

What did you enjoy most about working with Thea?

Thea’s enthusiasm during the shoot was great. Her dynamic presence put us at ease, and we were surprised by some of the moments she captured.

How was working with Thea unique, compared to other photographers or portrait studios you may have worked with in the past?

Working with Thea was so natural. From the first meeting, she set out to get to know us and our story. Our engagement session with her was organic, relaxed, and fun! Thea traveled with us to locations that are special to us as a couple, and her approach allowed us to just experience the moment and be ourselves, rather than concentrate on formulaic poses.

If you had to sum up the entire experience in one word, what would it be?
